Basic terms for plumbing enquiries and work.
Call-outs and pricing
Prices and call-out charges should be agreed before attendance where possible. Additional labour, materials or return visits may be quoted separately.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Landlord and letting agent invoice terms may be agreed separately.
Photos and access
Photos may be taken for diagnosis, records and evidence of completed work. Some leak tracing may require access through boxing, floors, walls, panels or ceilings.
Limitations
Plumbing repairs only. Gas work must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Charnwood Emergency Plumbing does not advertise gas appliance work.
